The Best way to predict the future is to invent it

Hi everyone! Thank you for visiting my website.

I was born and raised in the small town of Offenthal, in Germany. That is close by Frankfurt. When I was 16 years old I moved to Treasure Island, a city in USA, to go to highschool and learn about a different culture by living with an American family for one year. Back in Germany, I juggled four jobs to save up the money to visit the States each year. While traveling back and forth I realized my passion for aviation and decided to leave my hometown behind to study International Tourism and Aviation Management in Breda, the Netherlands. I did this for better opportunities and an international adventure.

During my studies I worked for Nqobile Tours & Safaris, a touroperator in Malawi, and for Air Transat, a canadian airline, in Schiphol-Rijk, the Netherlands. While I became very involved in the tourism and aviation industry I realized that doing business in today's society is difficult. We are all connected through the internet which can be challenging but at the same time it offers many opportunities. And I want to create opportunities! Therefore, it was time for me to take a risk into the unknown and embark into a new journey called Master in Imagineering.

Now I am an Imagineer. There aren't many Imagineers but what we do is we turn today's challenges into opportunities for businesses. How do I do that? I see a company as a living system, rather than a machine, and I use tools that inspire every individual of an organization. Thus, I apply new creative approaches and techniques which enable businesses to go on a journey to become more successful and innovative. What is my role in this journey? The journey begins with inspiring sessions, workshops, and interventions which are facilitated by me. Through these sessions I, together with the organization, lay the ground work for future developments. I help companies realize their opportunities and help them deal with their challenges.

What is my purpose? Simple. I want to inspire others. I want to transform the way we work. I want to make a difference. I want to teach people how to make their work valuable. I want to show people how to successfully work together. I want to help people take chances! So I will continue to focus all of my energy into helping organizations and individuals reach their goals!
